"Earwax removal"

Tried to book an appointment for earwax removal,,was contacted by text message after enquiring and respondents never confirmed an appointment time,,I had to chase them to find out what was happening, only to be let down at the last minute, I've rebooted with someone else as I found wombwell customer service was below poor,,,I will not be using them for anything in the future,,,there's better options out there.
