"Not Good Practice"

Received a call today from the practice accused of being aggressive over the phone to a member of staff, I may have been Loud because I have hearing issues and I certainly wasn't aggressive, I even gave praise to that member of staff. While the The practice was on the phone, his tone and manner was rude aggressive towards me but that was OK!

Second call accused me of saying something I certainly did not say. I really did not understand why he called in the first place, I think it was to provoke a reaction. He told me I was going to receive a letter. That should have been sufficient. He did not need to call me to tell me that.

But he has now provoked a wrong reaction. I suffer with mental health issues and his manner and provocation has caused mental set back. Oh I did witness a member of staff at reception being aggressive to a patient on Monday morning while I had been waiting for 40+minutes to see the Doctor. But nothing gets said!

I saw the doctor he was just as bad, rude, after explaining why I was there to see him he looks at me and says well what do you want me to do about it Today, I requested a fit note and aggressively he tells me I don't have time to do it as I don't have time to look at your notes. I Walked out and there was a different lovely receptionist who sorted it for me. This practice had gone down hill and needs an overhaul.

Also the phones are always engaged you have to ring them over 100 times

For two days I finally got through

Doctors and some reception staff are allowed to be rude to patients, but because you have a hearing problem and may seem loud your acused of being aggressive, you make a complaint it get ignored. In my estimation this surgery has gone down hill

I have been with this surgery for years and I certainly will be changing and will not be accused of something that was not true..
